LCoS-SLM (Liquid Crystal on Silicon Spatial Light Modulator) is a reflective light modulating device. The laser beam achieves beam splitting, deflection, vortex light, flat-top shape, etc. through the in-house developed SLM light-modulating-algorithm. LCoS-SLM is widely used in the fields of laser precision machining, optical communication, optical storage, bio-medicine, light field modulation and so on.
